My diet consists primarily of carnivore adjacent foods - meat, fruit, honey and limited vegetables and dairy.

Breakfast/Lunch is:

  • Lineage Provisions AB Complete
  • Coconut water
  • Organic berries
  • 250g grass-fed mince
  • 3x organic eggs
