My Journey Through Joe Dispenza’s Meditations: A Two-Year Plan

I’ve been practicing Joe Dispenza’s meditations for a little while now and wanted to document my journey in a more structured way. So far, I’ve completed:

  • The Generous Present Moment
  • Blessing of the Energy Centers I (BOTEC I)
  • Tuning into New Potentials
  • Reconditioning the Body to a New Mind
  • Tuning into Abundance

Each of these has given me valuable experiences and some encouraging results. However, if I’m honest, consistency has been my biggest challenge. I’ve had glimpses of transformation, but I know I haven’t yet tapped into the deeper potential that comes with disciplined practice.

That’s why I’ve put a plan in place. I’m starting back at the very beginning with the Breaking the Habit meditations and working my way through everything available on the website. If I follow this path fully, it will take about two years to complete.

The purpose of sharing this here is twofold:

  1. To hold myself accountable by documenting my progress.
  2. To track and reflect on the changes I notice as I move through each meditation.

First Update: Rising Water Meditation (Stage 1)

I just completed my first session of the Rising Water Meditation (Stage 1). Overall, it felt good. My mind wandered a few times, but there was one particularly unusual moment.

While focusing on the space behind my back, I slipped into an almost dreamlike state. It was as if I imagined someone was standing just behind me. The sensation only lasted a few moments—maybe I drifted toward sleep for a second—but it left me curious about what was happening in my mind and body.

The Road Ahead

This is only the beginning. My aim is to show up consistently, move through the full progression of meditations, and share honest reflections along the way.

If you’re on a similar journey, I hope these updates give you a window into what the process feels like from the inside. And if you’re considering starting, maybe my experience will give you a nudge to begin.

I’ll continue to post updates each time I move into a new meditation stage. Here’s to the next two years of practice and discovery.
